We assess a complete, unsubmitted TRAC application for one vacancy, using its full PDF export—including the supporting statement and all other completed fields—alongside the job description and person specification.
You receive: a tailored PDF review assessing the application as a whole against essential criteria. It flags strengths, gaps, unclear or inconsistent answers across fields. We rank the improvements by priority and cover every area that merits attention; there is no fixed page limit or cap on recommendations. We distinguish unclear wording, missing evidence and experience gaps.

Review-to-edit credit: upgrade to the £139 First Edit for the same application and vacancy within 14 calendar days of review delivery. Your £65 review payment is credited in full: pay another £74.
Delivery: within five working days of payment and receiving complete documents.
Not included: rewriting, a separate CV review or a consultation.
Application First Edit
A field-by-field edit of the written responses in your existing, unsubmitted TRAC application, tailored to one NHS vacancy. We review the complete application PDF, including all other completed fields.
You receive: a field-by-field Word edit pack with tracked and clean versions of your suggested written responses, a short criteria map, a reusable evidence summary and brief notes. You transfer accepted changes into TRAC yourself and check every factual or structured field before submission.
One consolidated revision included: send all your feedback together in one email or commented document within seven calendar days of delivery. We return the revised written responses within three working days. This covers reasonable wording, emphasis and structure changes within the same application, vacancy and evidence.
Our founder personally checks the edit pack against your application PDF and source material before delivery. Corrections to errors introduced by IMGate do not use your included revision.
Delivery: within five working days of payment and receiving complete documents.
Not included: drafting from scratch, invented achievements, separate CV editing, a new vacancy, substantial new evidence or changes to structured fields within the revision. Additional work is agreed and priced before it begins.
New Vacancy Application Edit
A fresh field-by-field edit of the written responses in a complete, unsubmitted TRAC application PDF for a new vacancy at a similar level, using substantially the same evidence from your First Edit. This service is for a different advertised job. Your First Edit already includes one consolidated revision for the original application and vacancy; you do not need to buy this service for that included revision.
You receive: a field-by-field Word edit pack with tracked and clean suggested written responses, a fresh criteria map and one consolidated revision on the same seven-day request and three-working-day return timetable.
Send your original order reference, new draft, job description and person specification. We confirm the scope, document availability and deadline before accepting payment. Substantial new evidence or a different role level may require a First Edit; we explain any price before you decide.
Delivery: within five working days after payment, complete documents and the agreed start date. Save your evidence summary: our three-month document deletion policy still applies. If earlier files have been deleted, we ask you to supply your copies again.
