01 — Choose and confirm
Choose your service and check the scope, price and preparation deadlines. When checkout opens, we will confirm your order and provide a secure link for the materials needed. An express request is required if you want work to start within the 14-day cancellation period.
02 — Upload the right documents
For application services, provide the complete, unsubmitted TRAC application as a PDF export (all pages, the supporting statement and all other completed fields), plus the job description and person specification for one vacancy. For private coaching, provide one CV or application; for a mock interview, provide your application or CV, invitation, job description, person specification and interview instructions. New Vacancy Application Edit customers also supply their original order reference and the complete unsubmitted application PDF for the new vacancy. Group teaching does not require a CV.
Remove unnecessary personal details and all patient-identifiable or confidential NHS information. Use the protected upload route provided with your order; do not send application documents as ordinary email attachments.
03 — Receive a confirmed deadline
We check that your materials are complete and readable, ask for anything missing, and confirm your delivery date. Application work is due within five working days after payment, complete documents and the agreed start date. Session preparation deadlines appear on the interview services page.
04 — Human review and delivery
Our founder, a practising NHS registrar and IMG, personally checks application assessments and edits against your original documents and approves them before delivery. AI may assist the initial draft once the safeguards described in our Privacy Notice are in place. You receive a notification when your report or edited document is ready for protected download. IMGate does not submit applications or contact employers for you.
05 — Review your edit
First Edit and New Vacancy Application Edit customers can send one consolidated set of feedback within seven calendar days. We return the revised written responses within three working days. A new vacancy or substantial new evidence is agreed separately; correcting our errors does not use your revision. Review customers can upgrade to the £139 First Edit within 14 calendar days of review delivery for a further £74, for the same application and vacancy.
06 — Keep your own copy
Download and save your deliverables. Uploaded documents are deleted from active systems within three calendar months of upload; related edits and notes inherit the source document’s deadline. See the Privacy Notice for records, backups and limited legal exceptions.
