Updated: 23 October 2026. These terms apply to consumers aged 18 or over purchasing IMGate services.
Our service and your order
IMGate provides independent NHS application support and vocational interview preparation. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the NHS, employers or recruitment bodies. We do not provide recruitment placement, immigration, legal or clinical advice, submit applications on your behalf, or guarantee shortlisting, interviews, job offers or examination results.
A contract forms when we send an order acceptance or booking confirmation. An automated payment receipt alone is not acceptance unless it explicitly says so. If we cannot accept an order, we will refund any payment. Prices are in pounds sterling; the total price, including applicable taxes and unavoidable charges, will be shown before you pay.
What each service includes
- Application Review — £65: assessment of one complete, unsubmitted TRAC application PDF—including the supporting statement and all other completed fields—for one vacancy against its job description and person specification. Includes a tailored PDF with essential-criteria coverage, strengths, gaps and unclear or inconsistent answers across fields. We rank improvement points by priority and include every area that merits attention; there is no fixed page limit or cap on recommendations. Excludes editing, a separate CV review and a consultation.
- Application First Edit — £139: review of one complete, unsubmitted TRAC application PDF for one vacancy, with field-by-field editing of its supporting statement and other written responses. We return tracked and clean Word versions of suggested written responses, a short criteria map, reusable evidence summary and notes. We flag factual or structured fields for you to verify and update yourself in TRAC. You transfer accepted changes and submit the application yourself. Includes one consolidated revision as described below. Excludes writing from scratch, fabricated achievements, separate CV editing and unlimited revisions.
- Group Interview Masterclass — £79 per person: 90 minutes live online, maximum 10 participants, minimum four, with a preparation workbook, worked answer examples, a one-page checklist and protected Q&A time. The first scheduled cohort announced when bookings open costs £59 per person; later cohorts cost £79 per person. No invitation is needed. This is group teaching, without a personal mock or individual written feedback. Booking closes 48 hours before the session.
- Private NHS Interview Coaching — £199: 90 minutes of one-to-one coaching at the £199 launch price, including answer practice, immediate feedback, advance review of one CV or application and a tailored one-page checklist within two working days afterwards. This excludes a separate formal mock, statement editing and ongoing mentorship. No confirmed invitation is required. Book at least five calendar days ahead and provide documents at least 72 hours beforehand.
- Mock Interview — £129: a 60-minute one-to-one simulation and verbal feedback, with written strengths, gaps and three improvement priorities within one working day. A confirmed invitation is required. Book at least 72 hours ahead and provide the invitation, application or CV, job description, person specification and any interview instructions at least 48 hours beforehand. These documents inform advance preparation and tailored questions. Excludes a second mock, masterclass and statement editing.
Personal review and scope
Our founder, a practising NHS registrar and IMG, personally checks application assessments and edited statements against the original documents and approves them before delivery. We assess the evidence supplied and may flag apparent inconsistencies across fields; we do not independently verify qualifications or employment history, see employer scores or determine eligibility for employment. The applicant is responsible for checking all final information and submitting the application.
One consolidated revision
Application First Edit and New Vacancy Application Edit include one consolidated revision. Send all requested changes in one email or commented document within seven calendar days of delivery. We return the revised written responses within three working days after receiving the complete feedback. It covers reasonable changes to wording, emphasis and structure within the same application, vacancy and supplied evidence.
A different vacancy, replacement draft, substantial new evidence or further revision rounds are outside this inclusion. We explain any additional scope and price before you decide; no extra work is charged without agreement. Corrections to errors introduced by IMGate do not use the included revision. This seven-day feedback window does not limit statutory remedies.
Review-to-edit credit
A customer who upgrades within 14 calendar days of Application Review delivery receives the £65 paid review fee as a credit against the £139 First Edit for the same application and vacancy, leaving £74 to pay. Quote the original order reference. We confirm acceptance and the new delivery date before collecting the balance. The credit is used once, cannot be transferred, and cannot be both applied and refunded; statutory cancellation and service-quality rights remain unaffected.
New Vacancy Application Edit — £49
Available to the same customer after a completed First Edit: one complete, unsubmitted TRAC application PDF for a new vacancy at a similar role level, using substantially the same evidence. Includes tracked and clean Word versions of suggested written responses, a fresh criteria map and one consolidated revision. You transfer accepted changes into TRAC and check all fields yourself. Delivery is within five working days after payment, complete documents and the agreed start date. We assess the scope and deadline before acceptance and payment. A different role level or substantial new evidence may require a First Edit; any alternative price is agreed first.
This offer does not extend the three-month document retention period. Keep your own evidence summary and edited documents. If earlier files have been deleted, supply your copies again so we can assess eligibility without retaining documents longer.
Delivery and preparation
Application services are delivered within five working days after payment, complete readable documents and any required request for an early start have been received. Without an early-start request, work begins after the statutory cancellation period and the five-working-day period runs from then, provided everything else is ready. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales; session times use Europe/London time.
We confirm when your documents are complete and give a delivery date. Tell us your application deadline before ordering; urgent delivery is not included unless expressly agreed. If information is missing, we will request it and explain the revised timetable. We will not silently extend deadlines. If we cannot meet an agreed essential deadline, you may cancel for a refund of the undelivered service.
If late documents prevent adequate session preparation, we will offer a reasonable reschedule or explain an agreed alternative before the session. Please use a suitable internet connection and join on time. Sessions normally end at their scheduled time; statutory rights and failures on our side are unaffected.
Your right to cancel within 14 days
You may cancel a distance service contract without giving a reason until 14 days after the day the contract was made. Send a clear statement to our published business email. You may use the form below but do not have to.
We begin work or deliver a session within this period only if you expressly request it. You must also acknowledge that the cancellation right ends once the service has been fully performed. If you then cancel before full performance, you pay only a proportionate amount for service actually supplied where the legal conditions are met; the balance is refunded. Payment or accepting these terms alone is not an early-start request. Personalised editing is not automatically excluded from service cancellation rights.
Refunds due on statutory cancellation will be made within 14 days of being informed of cancellation, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed, without a refund fee.
Other cancellations and rescheduling
Outside the statutory cooling-off period, application work cancelled before work begins is refunded in full. If work has begun, any deduction will reflect work actually performed and reasonable net loss, taking account of savings and the duty to mitigate; it will not exceed the order price.
You may reschedule a private or mock session once without charge with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. For later cancellation, late rescheduling or non-attendance, any retained amount will reflect reasonable net loss after savings and replacement bookings, up to the session price. This does not override your statutory rights.
If we cancel a session, cannot supply the service or the group minimum is not met, you may choose a full refund or an alternative date. We will confirm whether the group is going ahead at least 48 hours beforehand. A transfer or credit will not be forced on you.
Accurate information and confidentiality
You must provide truthful material you have the right to share and check the accuracy of the final application before submission. We will not invent qualifications, achievements or clinical examples. Do not share patient identifiers, confidential NHS material, unnecessary sensitive information or recruitment-platform passwords. Other group participants can see your displayed name and hear your contributions; keep examples anonymous. Neither party may record a session without express agreement from everyone involved. Recording is not included.
Documents and intellectual property
Our Privacy Notice explains handling and deletion. Uploaded documents are deleted from active systems within three calendar months of upload; edits and related notes inherit the source deadline. Download your deliverables before expiry. Necessary transaction records and narrowly justified legal preservation are handled separately as explained in that notice.
You retain ownership of your original material and grant us permission to use it only to provide the service. You may use and adapt your personalised deliverables for your own applications and preparation. General IMGate teaching resources are for your personal use and must not be resold or distributed commercially.
Problems, remedies and liability
We will perform services with reasonable care and skill. Contact our published business email with your order reference and the problem; we aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and provide a substantive reply within 10 working days, or explain any delay. Where legally applicable, you may request repeat performance or an appropriate price reduction. These terms do not restrict your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Employment outcomes depend on employers and your circumstances; a lack of success alone does not establish a service failure.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence or rights to bring proceedings in courts available to you under applicable law. Changes apply to future orders; the version supplied with your order governs that contract unless we agree otherwise.
